The Build 2014 event is set to unveil tomorrow and it will be live streamed. This will be the first time when Microsoft and Nokia will hold an event together, since Microsoft is about to finalize the acquisition of the Finnish giant.

A few moments ago I talked about the official Ch9 Events app that you could download from the Windows Store on your Windows 8 and Windows RT devices to follow easier the big Build 2014 event that kickstarts tomorrow. One of the most interesting parts of it will be the upcoming Nokia event, where new handsets are expected to get unveiled. And, of course, they are bound to carry the new Windows Phone 8.1 version if they will indeed see the sunglight.

How to follow Nokia Build 2014 event live

The Nokia event will start on Wednesday at 5 p.m. Pacific Time; to see if you can follow the Nokia event for yourself, go to this link to know when does it start according to your local hour. Just like with the official Build 2014 event, you can follow the same links to be able to watch Nokia’s event. However, just in case Nokia makes the live streaming available on its own website, we will definitely update the article with the right places.

  • Channel 9 website – the official place for all the most important news and events concerning especially developers
  • BuildWindows – albeit it forwards the link to Channel 9, there might be a high-quality streaming over there, as well
  • Cnet liveblog – if you want additional commentary to the bare facts, follow this one

Nokia is said to update the Conversations blog with some live streams, and if it will be possible, we will embed it right here; I can only hope that there is going to be a high-quality live stream, as there were some problems last year. Obviously, the best way would be to have a Youtube streaming link, but that’s not possible, apparently.

As you can see, the streaming player has been made available, but we can’t embed it here, so you will have to watch it on the official website. It’s a good thing that HD quality is set as default, but it might be problematic if you’re running on a poor Internet connectivity. Therefore, keep in mind this important tip – open the live stream and don’t close it, because if you will load it later on, you might get “pushed” out.

If the advices above haven’t solved your issue, your PC may experience deeper Windows problems. We recommend downloading this PC Repair tool (rated Great on TrustPilot.com) to easily address them. After installation, simply click the Start Scan button and then press on Repair All.
