It’s the most important time of the year in the US college basketball, NCAA final tournament, also know as the March Madness will soon begin. As Microsoft is one of NCAA’s partner, Redmond will once again provide a set of solutions for fans to have the best possible NCAA experience.
Microsoft will soon release a new Windows 10 app, which will allow users to watch live streams of their favorite games. Along with the app, Microsoft will also bring Bing Predictions technology to the tournament, so users can analyze their teams, and see their chances to win a championship.
Watch NCAA games and predict results with Microsoft’s apps
Official Windows 10 NCAA app will arrive in the Store soon, and it will allow users to watch all NCAA games, either live or recorded. The app is going to be a Universal one, which means it will work perfectly on Windows 10 PCs, Windows 10 Mobile devices and tablets.
The app will also come with some standard Windows 10 features, like Live Tile support, so users will be able to pin their favorite team to the Start Menu, and see all live alerts directly on the Live Tile.
Additionally with the official NCAA app for Windows 10, Microsoft will also present NCAA Bing Predicts. Bing Predicts will use “search data and social sentiment with access to over a decade of the NCAA’s historical data as well as stats on team history, tournament performances, win-loss ratios, and home versus away stats to create tournament data for fans.”
Microsoft cooperates with NCAA for the second year, as Redmond also provided similar solutions for the final tournament of NCAA last year. Both app should be available in the store before the March Madness starts.
