Ubisoft has officially confirmed the highly anticipated sequel to Watch Dogs, Watch Dogs 2, will make its debut at this year’s E3 conference. Additionally, sources have managed to discover its release date: November 15. One NeoGAF user noticed the release date on the Watch Dogs 2 ad that originally appeared on IGN. The aforementioned ad actually shows the release date of the game even though Ubisoft had yet to confirm anything.

The ad also revealed to us that Watch Dogs 2 will be set in San Francisco and that it will feature a new character, most probably a new protagonist.

Ubisoft revealed that it would officially announce Watch Dogs 2 today at 9 AM Pacific Time. In anticipation, the company released a short teaser as well as a special website that counts down until the official announcement of the game.

Although Ubisoft hasn’t confirmed on which consoles Watch Dogs 2 will be released, we think it’s safe to say that the game will come on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and of course, PC. Once again, we should have much more information about the game after tonight’s announcement from Ubisoft.
