Windows 8 tablets can become awesome tools in the right hands and with the right apps that can be downloaded from the Windows Store. Recently I’ve discovered an interesting new app that is really well-designed and will help you improve your reading. Entitled simply “Speed Reading”, the app contains both tips that you can use to improve your speed reading, and also some interesting information.

  • Click Update Drivers to get new versions and avoid system malfunctionings.

Improve your reading speed with this useful Windows 8 app

The Windows 8 Speed Reading app will keep track of your reading speed progress and will come with exercises that you can use to train your eyes. There’s a simple calculator inside the app that you can use to test your current reading speeds and there’s also an option to keep track of your results. The “theory” section of the app contains important tips on how you can increase your reading speed. What’s interesting is that albeit the app is free to download, I haven’t seen any ads at all. So, if you want to be a better reader while maintaining comprehension levels, go ahead and download it from the Windows Store.

You probably read many things every day: newspaper, emails, books, letters, reports etc. So maybe reading is a skill that you should improve? Average person read at a rate of 200-250 words per minute. You can increase your reading speed. Just learn the methods presented here and practice them for a few weeks.
