The firmware updates for Surface Laptop 2 and Surface Go LTE Advanced are out! The tech giant pushed out some tweaks to improve general stability as well as a handful of updates regarding the functionality of the Surface Pen. All Surface Laptop (1st Gen) devices that are powered by the Windows 10 April 2018 Update, version 1803 or greater are going to receive the updates.
Microsoft opted for a minor update this time that involves improvements in the system stability, enhanced support for Surface Pen, and bug fixes for the version 1803.

The issue that previously arose following the update to October 2018 Update has been addressed in this version of the update. Surface Go LTE update changelog
Microsoft released the first driver updates for the users of the Surface Go LTE. The update enables users to install the Windows 10 October 2018 Update on their systems. You can have a look at the details for Surface Go LTE driver updates below.
- Surface Pen Firmware Update – System devices
The issue that had previously arisen following the update to October 2018 Update has been addressed in the version 3.0.10.1 of the update. - Generic IO & Memory Access – System
The compatibility issues have been improved by the version 1.5.4.0 along with allowing the users to upgrade to October 2018 Update.
