Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands is an addictive game that will hook you in front of your screen for hours on end. However, sometimes the experience may vary a bit from what you’d expected.

Right on launch day, many Ghost Recon Wildlands players reported that the codes for The Peruvian Connection were unavailable. As a result, Ubisoft’s inbox was soon filled with tickets reporting this issue.

The mystery of The Peruvian Connection codes

Yesterday, Ubisoft officially acknowledged the issue and today players have confirmed they received their codes.

I have the same problem! I picked up my pre-order today at my local retail store and recieved a code to be redeemed on www.ghostrecon.com/redeem. I did as instructed […] for the lazy, heres the content of the email:

THANK YOU FOR REDEEMING YOUR CODE FOR THE PERUVIAN CONNECTION ON PS4. YOU WILL RECEIVE A KEY TO UNLOCK YOUR CONTENT AT LAUNCH.

What launch am i waiting for? this DLC is supposed to be DAY-ONE and people who bought the game digitally already have the mission package available to them, i really hope this is resolved within 24 hours, or i will be opening a support ticket.

As a quick reminder, there is no code for PC. When you get mail that says The Peruvian Connection is already available, you shouldn’t have to do anything. The mission will start automatically once you hit the ground where the mission is located.
