When you come across something really interesting, you want to share it with your friends. Unfortunately, not all social media platforms make it easy to share content with your friends and followers. If you’re a Twitter user and you own a Windows 10 computer, we’ve got some good news for you: Twitter PWA is now fully compatible with  Windows 10 Share Dialog.

Microsoft observer Richard Hay was the first to noticed this change:

By integrating Twitter PWA with the Windows 10 Share Dialog, Microsoft allows you to open the share menu on any given Windows 10 app and then share content with the Twitter PWA.

Are you kidding me?!? The Twitter PWA is now a target from the Windows 10 Share Dialog! This shows how well PWAs can be integrated into the WIndows 10 OS via Service Workers and other APIs.

In this manner, you’ll be able to share open content much faster as you no longer need to connect to the web.

Upcoming Twitter PWA features

Twitter PWA was only recently launched but it already received a bevy of improvements and new features. Some users even went as far as suggesting that the Twitter PWA has had more updates in these last two weeks than the old UWP app ever had — which is not far from truth.

The list of upcoming features should also include video upload support among other new options.

As users pointed out, the current Twitter PWA – Windows 10 Share Dialog version doesn’t support CRTL + Enter to post. Hopefully, future update will feature this option as well.

What other new features and improvements you’d like to see in the upcoming Twitter PWA versions? Let us know in the comments below.

in DMs you can hit Enter to send the message but as you stated CTRL+Enter and Enter will not send a public tweet. Really need that keyboard shortcut and dark mode
