Certain Xbox games are extremely difficult to play and gamers often get stuck on a particular level or campaign. Well, Microsoft is well aware of this occasional problem and is apparently working on finding a solution.

One gamer with a sharp attention to details recently took part in a poll and uploaded an interesting screenshot suggesting that Microsoft could soon introduce a new Xbox feature to help players stuck on a level or campaign.

The screenshot indicates that gamers in distress may ask more experienced players or even pro gamers to help them make progress in the game.

As gamers remarked, a similar feature is available on Mixer, so this mysterious option that Microsoft is thinking about must surely be different.

As you already might have guessed, there is no official information on how this new help/support system will work.

Perhaps Microsoft will experiment with pro gamers who could take over your controller through Mixer to help your through difficult spots.

Or maybe this could be a free service for the players, and the pro gamers could receive some community rewards for their help.

Or perhaps gamers will need to pay a special subscription fee to be able to access this elite support feature.

On the other hand, there are some players who don’t back up this mysterious help feature and rightfully so:

Other gamers said they prefer to leave the game if they can’t beat something on their own.

Practice makes perfect applies in both games and life dude, aint gonna get better at the game if someone does everything for you.

Is it really useful?

If Microsoft is indeed planning to add a new feature that allows regular gamers to ask pro gamers for help, we doubt this is going to be a success. There are plenty of free online resources that gamers in distress can use to go to the next level or campaign.

Over to you now:

  • Would you ask pro gamers or more experienced gamers for help if you got stuck on a level?
  • If the answer is yes, then under what conditions would you do that?
