What causes Ticketmaster or any website to deny service?

Website problems have two sides to them: the server side, which is Ticketmaster in this case, and the client side, which is you. Service denial can come from either side:

  • There could be problems with the server: In this instance, you can’t do anything about this. It’s out of your hands. The only thing you can do is wait until Ticketmaster fixes the problem.
  • Your browser extensions are interfering: There are reports that some browser extensions, like those found on Chrome and Firefox, can clash with Ticketmaster.
  • Your VPN is also interfering: Similar to browser extensions, Ticketmaster may detect that you’re using a VPN and may prevent you from moving forward.
  • The browser’s cache is full: Browser caches can be pretty helpful in loading previously visited websites fast, but holding all that outdated info can limit the user experience.

How can I solve Error Code 0011?

Fixing Error Code 0011 isn’t too difficult, but it can be rather time-consuming. Here’s what you could try first:

  • Just wait for Ticketmaster to sort things out. We recommend going to a website like DownDetector to check if Ticketmaster is going through a period of downtime.
  • Remove or disable your browser extensions. As stated some do clash with Ticketmaster, so getting rid of them may be the fix you’re looking for.
  • Use your browser’s Incognito Mode or its equivalent if you don’t want to remove any browser extension. It basically does the same thing.
  • Turn off your VPN. This is in a similar vein to disabling browser extensions.
  • Ticketmaster itself also recommends that you don’t use public Wi-Fi when purchasing tickets using multiple devices to purchase them at the same time.
  • If all else fails, contact Ticketmaster support and see if a service agent can help you with your problem.
