TECNO’s Camon series of devices has always been geared toward photography with an emphasis on camera performance. And boy has TECNO been coming through over the past few years with stellar camera performance on these devices.
The Tecno Camon 18 Series of devices brought us a number of compelling variants at various price points and now, TECNO is at it again, seeking to upgrade the experience with the Camon 19 devices.
Today, TECNO has unveiled in Kenya, 3 devices under its Camon 19 Series. These include the Camon 19, the Camon 19 Pro, and finally, a dedicated 5G model in the form of the TECNO Camon 19 Pro.
So, what do these devices have to offer prospective buyers? Below is a breakdown of the specs.
TECNO Camon 19 Series Specs
Well, all 3 devices are powered by different chipsets. Mediatek’s Helio G85 powers the TECNO Camon 19 while the same chipmaker’s Helio G96 runs the show on the Camon 19 Pro. The highest-end 5G variant in this lineup, the Camon 19 Pro 5G is powered by the 5G-capable Dimensity 810.
The rest of the specs are outlined in the table below. Please note that the Camon 19 Pro and Camon 19 Pro 5G have awfully similar specs save for the items that are mentioned in the table.
These specs are modest enough but are still able to deliver a rather compelling Android experience.

As mentioned, the Camon 19 series has 3 devices, the base model, the Pro, and a Pro model that supports 5G. Below are the recommended retail prices for these devices in Kenya.
