Snapdragon 850 processor laptops shipped by Microsoft and OEMs weren’t initially compatible with the latest Windows 10 OS versions. The problem was that these laptops were running Windows 10 with the April 2018 Update, which didn’t support Snapdragon 850. This has been fixed.
